Thank you all for your prayers Sunday while we where looking at the house. We really needed them! It turns out that some of the kitchen’s floorboards are rotting – so they will need to be replaced at some time. The current owner is also draining the washing machine’s water out into the [...] The BBQ was great!! There was a ton of food and lots of people. Hopefully some of the new comers will come to church Sunday….but even if they don’t, it was cool to meet them .=) The Good Samaritan skit was a blast! Everyone loved it! ok – it was more the cute [...] That’s right – a fully blown country BBQ complete with a bluegrass band! Working in Sweet has it’s benefits. =D Keeping with the small town feel, Emily has roped the kids into doing a short skit about the Good Samaritan (or other wise known as the Good Biker). If you head is spinning [...] The house we looked about Sunday will not get out of our heads…. please pray for us as we go back this Sunday afternoon with a friend. If we buy this house, we would have to remodel it to added another bedroom, update the bathroom, and possibly install a central AC/heating stystem…. As [...] Wow – its been a busy past week. Em has not been feeling well – so I have been playing caretaker, cook, bread-winner, and husband. Tiring jobs.. =/ But well worth it. =) Sunday afternoon we looked at a house in Sweet to buy. It is an older home with mature trees [...] Norway vs South Korea – friendly game (pre World Cup) on right now – followed by Mexico vs Netherlands….. Let the fun begain…. =D Note: World Cup 2006 starts June 9th with the US playing on June 12th…. [@more@] |
